We are excited to confirm we have an excellent ADHD and trauma specialist therapist working with us.
Abi found a love for helping people to understand and accept their identities, and impact that trauma has had on their lives.
Abi truly understands the experience of late-realised ADHD as she is currently going through an ADHD diagnosis herself. This enables to relate even more to her clients and support them through this experience.
Abi is also our child and Young Person therapist, having trained to work all ages.
She currently offers online sessions to ages 11+.
Abi is an experienced counsellor based in Essex working remotely by secure video and phone.
Abi brings with her a wealth of experience working in different care settings. She is a member of the BACP, fully insured and qualified.

Audio only calls for ages 18+
Fees:
Abi charges £50 for types of sessions with her. All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
