The first step to book in therapy sessions with us to is to contact us to book your free intro call with one of our therapists.

If you know you would like to work with a specific therapist, they will be the ones to contact you.
If you don’t have a preference for who you work with, the most appropriate therapist who works with your issue / difficulty will contact you.
Where this could be a few of our therapists we will ask the therapist with the soonest availability to contact you.
If you feel very unsure about which our online therapists is right for you, get in touch with our founder Lorraine Cookson
and have a chat with her about who would be best for you.

All of our sessions are remote therapy sessions, either my secure video call or phone.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and usually weekly, however your therapist will be happy to discuss this with you.
Session fees are set by the individual therapist and vary depending on who you are working with.
